Height of trophies may vary due to the varying sizes of figurines. We reserve the right to design and add elements to trophies to enhance their appearance and reach the size requirements. We will color match to the best of our ability. Creative Awards and Gifts is not responsible for typographical errors once the order has been placed and/or proof has been reviewed. All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the original invoice. All items are subject to availability.

We use a third party processing service for credit card payments (Paypal) to ensure your credit card transaction is secure. Cashier checks and money orders are also accepted. Shipment of order will not occur until full payment is received. A 7 % sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Florida.
Shipping Policy:
Generally, we ship via USPS Priority Mail but we offer UPS or Fed Ex options depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. The rate we collect for shipping will be as close as can be calculated once the order information is collected. Please note that the shipping time estimates posted on the website are for the number of business days the order will take to be delivered after allowing production time. During holiday periods, ground shipments may take longer. If a trophy is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
